Dragon Scribe Pro released!

The “Pro” version of Dragon Scribe is released and ready for purchase from the App Store. This version adds “Native” difficulty level, which includes nearly 3,000 of the most common Chinese characters, complete with English translation for each. If you can master writing these, you’ll be proficient with 99% of the Chinese language, and Dragon Scribe Pro is a fun way to learn and practice.

Dragon Scribe v1.1 goes live

Dragon Scribe v1.1 is live and available on the App Store! It will, of course, also be pushed down auto-magically for all the v1.0 early-birds. This update has a few bug fixes and performance upgrades, blah blah blah… But the BEST thing about v1.1 is that it adds English translation! Just go into Settings and switch on “display English translations”. Now you’ll see the English translation every time you match a Chinese character. A lot of people have asked for this, and I can see why — it really adds a new dimension to the game. I really hope you like it, and I hope you tell your iPhone-having friends to download Dragon Scribe!

Dragon Scribe released!

The full version of Dragon Scribe is out and is FREE through the end of November!

The “Lite” version is coming soon. It’ll be a free, ad-supported game with only the easiest level — perfect for casual gamers new to Dragon Scribe who just want a fun, addictive puzzle game.

Also in the works is a “Pro” version, which will include the 1,000 most common Chinese characters and an advanced Learning Mode that’ll help identify which characters you have trouble with and give you more practice with them.
